Welcome to the blog! Whether you are looking to revamp your digital curriculum, optimize your district's tech investments, or find inspiration for high-impact learning, you are in the right place. Meet Felicia Lee, the District Coordinator of Technology Integration and Lead Tech Integration Strategist for Proviso Township High Schools District 209. Far from self-taught, Felicia is a formally trained and highly credentialed educational technology expert. Her dynamic career is built on a diverse, 35-year foundation in education, spanning more than 25 years in higher education as both a faculty member and administrator, alongside a decade of impactful service in K-12 classrooms and leadership. Driven by a passion for instructional design, Felicia partners with educators to transform classroom technology from passive screens into high-impact pedagogical amplifiers. She holds specialized training from the Illinois State Board of Education District Technology Admin Academy, alongside elite credentials including the TCEA Campus Technology Specialist Certification and Google Admin certification. As an alumnus of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Jackson State University, and Grand Canyon University, she is always pushing the envelope with innovative tools—one of her favorite classroom applications includes using VR headsets to immerse students in forensic science and active crime scene investigations. A self-described tech enthusiast who occasionally finds software more predictable than people (sorry, not sorry!), Felicia balances her high-tech digital world by whipping up healthy recipes in the kitchen, diving into a great audiobook, and cherishing quality time with her close-knit family. Explore the latest posts below to see how we can turn passive tech consumption into active pedagogical amplification!
